Today has been pretty low-key. We left the hotel by about 9.30am and drove to Mulhouse - 45 mins south - where lots of things were closed, even though they were showing on the Internet as being open. Never mind, the Centre Ville shops were mostly open, so we helped the economy.
The drive south west from there was via an expressway, so fairly ordinary. Nice to see the villages clipped onto the hills though and to know that Magnum ice creams taste the same on this side of the world too.
Our hotel is part of a huge shopping mall and includes a McD's. Tomorrow we will explore Dijon.
No photos tonight. Too tired.
